Rita Evans, RN-CCM® practiced clinical nursing for over 20 years, including 17 years as an award winning nurse in the Emergency Department at Brigham & Women's Hospital. In 2001 she was asked to develop a nurse case management role within a multidisciplinary elder advisory group in Quincy, and since then has obtained her Certification in Case Management from the Commission for Case Management. Rita brings over 10 years of experience coordinating care plans based on the complex issues that affect seniors and their ability to access to valuable benefits.
